I recently began trying to get my house better cleaned and organized.
I still haven't written a post detailing my struggle but it's coming soon, I promise.
Today was a real breakthrough for me...I accomplished something - from beginning to end - that has always seemed like an overwhelming task.
Drumroll please...Today I took down my shower curtain AND my kitchen curtains. I washed them AND dried them...but I also hung them back up! AND I bought a new shower curtain liner and replaced it!! All these steps in one day. It may not seem like much to an orderly person but it was major for me today. I didn't think about taking pics of the progress today but I'll try to remember next time.

Menu Planning Monday
I have really been feeling guilty lately about not keeping a more organized home. My husband deserves it, my kids deserve it and I deserve it too!

Bead Soup Blog Hop #7
So today is finally the day for the reveal....I spend so much time preparing for these blog hops that it's surprising when the big day finally arrives. (So much preparation? Lori probably just fell out of her seat laughing!)
My partner Maria Clark (http://sweetwillowdesigns.blogspot.com/ ) sent me some beautiful components and the gorgeous polymer clay pendant was made by her. Purple is one of my favorite colors and copper is definitely my favorite metal so I was thrilled when I opened the package. The beads are so beautiful on their own that I didn't want to create something too intricate and detract from them.
I know there is much hopping to do today so I will get on with the pics. Please be sure to visit the other folks in today's reveal and don't forget that there are two more reveals over the next few weeks.
